Project Delivery

Hand us a defined objective and we deliver it from design to production, with a result we stand behind.

Some work should simply be delivered. The operation that has outgrown its spreadsheet. The systems that still do not talk to each other. The codebase another vendor left half-finished. The Angular estate that needs to become React. We take the whole thing, bring the technical direction, work within the stack and standards you already have, and consider it done when it works for you.

DevOptix · Project Delivery
This is for you if
  • You know what you need: a system, an integration, a migration, a product with a clear finish line.
  • Your own developers are capable but fully booked, and this work cannot wait for them.
  • You inherited software from another vendor and need someone to take responsibility for it.
  • You want to know the price up front and pay for a working result.

In practice
01

What we take on

A system to replace the spreadsheet your operation runs on. Integrations that connect the software you have into one flow. A codebase another vendor built that needs to be fixed, finished, or taken further. Well-patterned migrations, such as Angular to React, done in bulk without disturbing your roadmap.

02

How we run it

Short iterations, working software early, and status you can trust. Technical decisions are made in the open and written down, so there are no black boxes and no end-of-project surprises.

03

Engineered to last

Modern, well-supported stacks; tested at the levels that matter; secure and observable in production; designed for real load and real threats from the start. Production-grade from day one, not a prototype in disguise.

04

After sign-off

We leave you with documented, tested, observable software and a team that understands it, not a system only we can run. Most clients then move to a retainer: we keep improving the system, ship the next features, and stay accountable for what we built.

How the engagement works
Pricing
Typically a fixed price per deliverable, paid in stages: a deposit to start, a payment when the software is built and ready for your acceptance check, and the remainder at final sign-off. If your organisation works differently, we shape the model together.
Scope
We agree the acceptance criteria before we start, so sign-off is a check against a list, not a negotiation. If the scope is still fuzzy, that is fine; sharpening it together is part of the work.
During the build
Short iterations and working software early. You see real progress every week, and technical decisions are made in the open and written down.
Afterwards
Most clients continue on a retainer for improvements and new features. The handover is clean either way; you are never locked in.
What you can expect
  • A defined objective delivered end to end
  • Clear, predictable status throughout
  • No new legacy debt baked in
  • A clean hand-over, not a dependency on us
